This Co. solicited itself as a company that would take over the payments on my truck. They sent me fake paperwork stating that my vehicle would be placd with a fleet service and all services would be handled and my loan paid off. They said they had to have a notorized power of attorney for my truck. There was some issues with regards to response time for inspection. And big issue was on payment for computerized inspection but got visual inspection. Although, after talking with the owner, I got a re-fund of the balance but I did not get the service I actually paid for initially. This, I was not OK with. The visual inspection was ok. I recommend anyone that wants to use this company to chat with the owner ahead to make sure they actually understand the scope of work. Adopted a puppy from this "non-profit" rescue for $350 cash only. The puppy was taken to the vet the next day for a wellness check up. She had Parvo. We sadly euthanized her after much thought. It started out wonderful, the gentlman I left my car with that evening was very professional and courteous, I had high hopes! When I picked up my vehicle, not only were the repairs shoddy and just plain unacceptable. The shop smelled like pot, the nice gentleman no more?Where was the gentleman with the long hair? There were kids working, well I mean they couldnt have been old enough to buy beer. I took my expedition in for some warranty work. My husband picked it up and came straight to my work to takeme to lunch. Hello I ordered a fairly expensive rug from CSN Rugs. I vacuum about every two weeks; after about 3rd vacuuming I noticed 1) a wear pattern on rug in high foot traffic areas (after 6 weeks?!) and 2) an inordinate amount of fibers being vacuumed out of the rug each time I vacuumed.
