In June 2010, I tried to file a petition of ajustment of status in USA for my husband. When I looked online the first site that pops up was 'Immigration forms@USCIS" and "USCIS-helpline.info", I requested the form, they sent it to me and ask me to send it back with the immigration fees which was $1.365.00. We purchased a 2005 Ford Freestar at Lasco Ford of Fenton, MI in August 2005. We purchased an exteded warranty through the dealership at the same time from Signet Financial Group. I have shopped at Bruno's, and have been a very loyal customer, for many years. I usually use my debit card when making purchases, but on Friday, Feb 5th, I decided to write a check. The check was refused. I was totally humilated!!! I had plenty of money in the checking account, and went ahead and used my debit card to pay for the bill ... $212. We have a new Publix grocery store in the area, and I am going to give them a try. I formerly worked for the DA's worthless check unit and know the problem stores had with bad check writers; but, the system should be able to figure out if the check was good.
