I purchased a cell phone from Image Warehouse for $209.00. I had a problem with it not working correctley. I received an email from the owner to return it for a full refund. I returned the phone and sent it priority mail with a confirmation delivery number showing the date and time it was delivered. I am now being told they have no record of receiving it even though the post office has the time and date it ws delivered to Image Warehouse. Now I can get no communication from them. Normally when non-profits are funded, a check is written and maybe 20% will go to where the donor would wish. At Kathy Rinaldi, they have in place a system that works like a debit card. Do NOT buy this product!!! It is a ripoff, and they will not refund your money. They have 3 representatives that answer the phone. They are Jackie, Melissa, and Linda, and some pimp daddy that answers occasionally.
