Diversfied Collection Agency was call my parents neighbor trying to get in contact me with. There were calling 5 or more times a day. I don't have a phone because I can't afford one. BEWARE! The site does not make it clear, but this is a shoe of the month club. Usually monthly clubs have this blazing everywhere. This site does not! It's very sneakily hidden. What a joke! They overcharged me after a quote on the phone. They shipped my items without explaining the differences in my options. My 3 piece antique soup tureen, platter and table arrived in pieces. She offered no assistance. She told me she shipped it through the post office and I had to deal with them. Are you kidding me??? My husband and I were looking for a bed in November and went through the whole "Sleep to Live" assessment. It didn't sit right with me after I made the deposit. I looked them up on the internet and lots of bad reviews they got last year. Two days after the deposit they wouldn't give me the money back because they said I had to cancel the truck five days in advance. I gave the deposit on Monday and they said they would have a truck on Wednesday, then Thursday. How, could I cancel the truck five days in advance when it wasn't even five days? I placed an order after I checked the website for any scam or fraud alerts. There was even a A rating on the BBB for them. However, the warning bells went off when I didnt receive an automatic confirmation email of my purchases. Then the second and third warning bells went off today when I tried to call the number on my paypal receipt and it is out of service and their customer service email came back with the error message that it doesn't exist. When GMAC changed to Ally and GM went bankrupt, there was a definite change in policy regarding lease vehicles. I have been buying and leasing vehicles from GM for 20 years. When leasing, I have always turned my vehicles in in perfect condition with never a charge for excess wear or damamge. I purchased a scope, rings and bases from them and they shipped my scope with an invoice showing they shipped the complete order. Now I am stuck they won’t refund my money or ship out the bases. I worked for Jan-Pro for 6 months in 2009 inspecting jobs and making sure the clients we had were getting cleaned. I would do somewhere between 10 to 15 inspections a day. TXU energy = bad news. My wife signed up not knowing that we had a contract. I called the next day to cancel the request before they hooked up the service, then again later in the week to make sure it was cancelled. Netgear pitched the Gearheads service as the one-stop-shopping for getting any of my computer related problems resolved, to act as my IT department. I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost!
