Ok so I used to sign up for identity theft protection. I have tried lifelock, trusted id, and protect my id. Well one day I went to Sears to apply for a credit card and I was declined do because I had a fraud alert on my credit reports which I have placed. my daughter put in gas and when finished she found out the hard way that the handle of the pump was broken and kept pouring gas out and all over her hand and arm and onto her clothes, she reported the broken handle and the was told by the clerks that they knew about it. Before you rush out to add the WORRY FREE SERVICE CONTRACT to your already over charged billing be warned. Have had this contract for 3 years and this past month actually needed to use it due to problems with my water heater. Was a day late paying on my bill 3 times and decided I could no longer keep ntelos because it was impossible for me to get a new phone; unless a year had passed making ontime payments or I had to pay full price for a new phone. I ordered a custom-made pendant from this business advertised as 14K gold. I have a lot of gold jewelry in my collection, so I know what 14K gold looks like and what 10K gold looks like. Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still.
