I placed my order from this site and became suspicious just after a week when i noticed my product had still not arrived and the money was still pending to come out of my account. When I emailed them about this they promptly took my money the very next day and do not respond to my emails or phone calls. My bank won't help me as they say I know where the money has gone. However consumer direct informed me that my bank should be able to help me under the visa debit charge back scheme. Hopefully I will get back my £62.50.

Ordered tables in November. Paid by check; they refused to ship until the check cleared. Repeated follow-ups since order. Now, 3 months later, still have not received tables and have been given two incorrect freight tracking numbers. If not resolved within 5 business days, I will demand a refund. I hope the check is good. read full review »
CSI Homes Inc
We bought a home from CSI, what a MISTAKE!! We figure that since this was a small local company they would take care of any issues that came up...WRONG!! Gale Casteel is a LIAR, and will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract. Gale LIED to the arbitrator and told him we told the contractor we did not want one of the basement windows installed... also the concrete has cracked and rose up in several places, Gale refuses to take care of that problem. This winter snow come in through the roof vents and piled up on the little bit of... read full review »
The Garage Auto Sales
My wife and I purchased a used 2005 Ford Escape for a safer vehicle to drive in winter for our newborn son. Allen Brown from The Garage/Runwell Auto Sales assured us that his mechanic completely went through the vehicle and it had no problems at all and specifically said it had brand new rotors and brakes. Upon driving the vehicle home, my wife and I noticed a loud rattling coming from the front end and significant shake and vibration when driving on the highway. We took the vehicle to our mechanic and he said that the stabilizer links were... read full review »

Ally Auto Financial Services
So recently Ally bought or acquired...or whatever GMAC. I was never notified of the change until one day while checking my email I was notified of an outage that occurred on the GMAC (then changed to Ally) website from a company called Ally. I originally thought it was a scam and then after research found out that they had in fact gone from GMAC to Ally. Nonetheless, everything went on pretty much like normal. Then today while reading my email I noticed a weird notice from Ally about my "payment confirmation". I knew I hadn't made... read full review »
Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group
I came across this advertisement on line and was curious because I have been wanting an implant for a missing tooth. I filled out an on line form. Got called right away that I was selected as a candidate and to set up an appointment with a recommended cosmetic dentist. I was reminded twice by phone, once by e-mail, and once by postal mail. This did make me wonder but I continued. It was explained to me that my mouth had to be in good health to qualify and that this exam was at no cost to me. I spent over two hours being examined, X rayed... read full review »
Festiva/Ellington at Wachesaw
This past October after being hounded for the past year to change to points we finally did, but the only reason we paid in an additional $5k and addition maintenance fees is that we were promised from the sales person that we could rent our units out for a guaranteed $1200 per week. He told us to call him after January 1st and he could set it up for us and he gave us his cell phone number to use. Well we started calling in January and the sales man never returned our calls so we call the resort and had them transfer us to sales where we had to... read full review »
University Park South
The University Park South leasing office, located at San Francisco State University, is possibly the worst leasing office known to man. I first contacted them about a month ago to set up a lease. I signed all the proper paperwork, and my lease was approved in about 2 business days, which seemed fantastic. The lease had to be sent to the "master tenant", which is the main person on the lease, for approval, and then I would be able to move in. The leasing office told me they would have the lease in the mail that day, and it should be... read full review »

At the time of the purchase I was assured by the salesman (Raj) that he would initiate the rebate process for the shipping of my mattress/box spring and I should receive it in about 30 days. He even went so far as to ask if I preferred the rebate as a Pre-paid Master Card or a Sears Gift card, I chose the Master Card. This is now February and nothing has been received. FDGL and Quantum Merchant Services
These vipers have caused me no end of financial harm after promising the "lowest " bankcard processing fees and charges. They deliberately lied about the per transaction fees, which was my greatest concern, as a brand new small business trying to open in these economic times. If only I had been more sceptical. The owner of the Minnesota company flat out told me I had no business complaining, as they had previously reduced their exhorbitant fees due to my call. He said that Quantum sales rep would "never have promised the plan I wa... read full review »

Watkins Imitation Vanilla Extract
This product contains propylene glycol, which is also called "anti-freeze". There has not been enough human studies that document whether long-term use of this chemical in either of its forms, or any of its associated products can cause cancer, or other health-related problems. It is strange that 30 years ago propylene glycol was considered toxic and now the FDA does'nt think so. It seems that politics and not science is at work here. read full review »

Iqtester.co.uk
This site offers an online IQ test. There is no mention of any fee or payment. It is a very long test (it states half an hour but I took longer). At the end of the test you have to text an SMS to get a code, and then pay them £5 gbp to get your result! Having spent anything up to an hour on this test I suspect many people will be willing to pay up albeit reluctantly. read full review »

They claimed to have no record that I placed an order and assured me that it would be fine and I would not be charged (so I went and purchased the products elsewhere in the meantime.) I placed an order with www.originallifemagazines.com on Jan.23, 2011. The web site stated they had 9 copies of the Life magazine Jan.12, 1950 edition in stock at a cost of $29.95. As of Feb.5, 2011 I have not received delivery of my purchase. I have left two voice messages and one email message regarding my order status and have never received a return phone call or email. The online order status simply states “awaiting shipment”. No goods arrived although the amount was taken from my account by this bogus site within a day or two of me placing the order.

The pendant arrived from the USA with the standard chain and by email with QP Jewellers we agreed I would keep what I had and they would refund the extra £20 I had paid. There have been many emails between us since then and they have said at least 3 times they will refund the £20. Unfortunately, it still has not been refunded 2 months later.
