I returned a pair of saddlebags that were too large for my bike, following all of the requirements of Sum Of All Parts. The parts were signed for on December 6 2010 According to their sales rep Brad Peters, my refund was to be cleared up by 4pm on Jan. 21 2011, however this was just another lie, and to date 15Feb2011 they still have my sadllebags and my money. I try not to complain about business practices unless the issue is extreme and in this case, I believe it is. After our house was on fire we hired MIRS to restore our home and it wasn't rebuilt when Mr.Amundson promised. When we asked why our home was taking so long to be finished on time Mr.Amundson said it was the vendors faults. When we contacted a few of them they said they weren't paid so they weren't going to finish the job. Mr. Amundson was paid in full by our insurance company. I bought several treatments of vela shape and the equipment was always malfunctioning, the technicians don't have the training. Also, the technicians always complained that the product was oversold and that they couldn't keep up with the amount of people because they only had one machine and were most of the time under staff. I had 3 federal loans that were serviced through JP Morgan Chase. 2 of the loans were sold to 2 separate servicers. However, there is 1 loan that the federal government still states is serviced through Chase. I had them center one line of the banner and apparently they re-adjusted my sign so that there was no longer 1' left on the sides. They sent me a proof. I paid $600 for a custom lace wig. When the unit came it was terribly thin, had masive bald spots and resembled a store bought wig for $30. When I called Pink Lace Wigs there was no one from management to speak to directly as they only reply every 48hrs by email. I was interested in bidding on an I-Pad, when I did it asked me for my credit card information...thinking it was going to be for the purchase of I-Pad if I won the auction but instead is purchased $59 in bids that I did not authorize.
