My hearing loss had increased to the point where I needed hearing aids. I got tested, established my hearing loss, and got fitted for hearing aids. The "Professional" that fit me convinced me to buy Oticon Vigo Pro digital hearing aids. I have had them 3+ years, and they have never worked right. Units have been replaced, speakers replaced, and so on-to no avail. Please don't spend $3800 foolishly like I did, but another brand if you can find one that works. In December of 2010, we hired United Duct Cleaning to clean our air ducts. The service they performed was poor. When leaving, they drove over 2 expensive landscape bushes. 2 months of trying to communicate with UDC along with the submission of a replacement cost estimate, have not provided any meaningful response or resolution.
