On 24 Dec 2010, My Wife & I visited Applebees Bar & Grill in Goldsoboro, NC 27530 for afternoon meal at approximately 4:00 pm. We each ordered the Bourbor Steak meal. I purchased 2 Kodak ESP 3 printers because they advertise about how cheap their Ink Cartridges are. They are about half the price of the hp cartridges I was using because they have hardly any ink in them. I do the same printing with the Kodak as I did with my 9 year old hp 720 printer. The hp lasted for months before it ran out of ink, the Kodak has to be replaced every 2 weeks if I'm lucky. This guy is the worst service I have ever hired. I asked him to slope my driveway away from my garage at least one inch. He refused by saying he could not go any lower. Well, now when it rains, the water runs into my garage. His method of leveling the concrete was to uswe pegs and that gave me a six foot puddle of water right in front of the garage. I live on a hill and asked him to remove more dirt to make my driveway bigger and he refused. I wish I had fired him on the spot. I strongly urge anyone considering moving to avoid Velocity at all costs. They are a bit better priced than other companies, but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with them. From the minute they pick up your belongings they have no interest in helping you. When they finally do decide to deliver your belongings, they try to get more money out of you with made up expenses and costs. We did not receive all of our belongings and have been told that they are lost. They also damage your items without caring at all. The Easy Spirit store is Roosevelt Field Mall has really gone downhill. The shoes on display were not the least bit stylish. They were all so frumpy, like what you would see in an outlet store. I purchased two Nikon Cool Series L18 Cameras from Target for about $100 for myself and my daughter about two years ago. Immediately after I purchased them and submitted warranty information online, I got an email about these particular cameras being recalled. Business is run out of a personal residence in an unsafe neighborhood in South Yonkers. The equipment used is ill maintained, the owner/manager sneaky and dishonest, - I was billed for 5 days of storage when I only had access to it for two of those days, and the storage "facility" is an insecure and unsupervised vacant lot in a area of South Yonkers I would not travel in at night.
