Do NOT buy this product!!! It is a ripoff, and they will not refund your money. They have 3 representatives that answer the phone. They are Jackie, Melissa, and Linda, and some pimp daddy that answers occasionally. I have made 25 calls in the past 5 weeks, and they tell me you the same story that they are sending a request by email to issue a refund. They do not have a telephone number for the refund department and they never email back either. Some one please shut this company down immediately. They are stealing people's money. In my experience, the DVDs were delivered in a timely fashion. I tried to play each discs in our DVD player and was a bit disappointed because it was not high definition quality as I thought so. The quality is fine but not the best. I contacted the company immediately to file my complaint. They replied and clearly explained that what I received was a fan/collector’s edition as an official Studio release has not been out yet in the market. My wife and I were trying to get quotes for shipping a car from New Jersey to Chicago. My wife called and spoke with the "owner" and he was nothing but rude to her. She asked him some very general, basic questions anyone would want to know or ask. I wasn't there for the conversation, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I decided to call myself. I wasn't on the phone for more than 20seconds before he said something rude to me. When I asked him why he was being rude, he said, because I can, and hung up on me.
