I have been trying for 3 days to access my account information on AT&T, where I pay for local, long distance and DSL services. The website is absolutely hopeless. Entered my user ID and password, the site goes to a blank page on MacOs Safari and MacOs Firefox. I took my 99' Ford to get a new battery at the 40k on odometer and took to NTB. At the time I didn't realize they hooked up the battery haphazardly, and left the negative terminal loose. After a few week's, I notice an excess of corrosion around the negative terminal with build up of powder. I cleaned the terminal, and left it at that. Metroplex is a nightmare. Purchased an item for Christmas and paid for "international shipping" (to Canada). Three weeks later, still no item and then asked them when it had been shipped and for tracking ID. No such thing as they don't have one and was then informed that do not ship internationally...even though I just paid them $50 to do exactly that. My Sony Vaio laptop purchased in the month of August 2010 in Boston, MA. I have lost my patience with Sony in trying to resolving the abrupt restarting of the laptop. The problem still persists even after the laptop was shipped to the Sony factory for a week. Before this, I had given the laptop to Sony Style at Copley Place, Boston to address the same problem 4-5 times. Even the Sony Style was not able to resolve this issue. I signed up for a USAirways MasterCard with Barclays Bank. One of the benefits was supposed to be that I would earn 2 miles for each $1 spent on USAirways purchases.
