Got Game Entertainment is the only website that I have had a problem with in fifteen years of web use and program down loading. Service is inefective and unresponsive.No phone service is available. After down load, the activation key/serial number given will not activate program for use. I requested a good activation key and non was provided in the designated two work day time period. The website is very misleading at best and seems more likely a complete fraud. The "Top Pick" which states is "free" is actually 69.95 a month when you read the faded fine print that was tucked away and neatly disguised.
