I'm thinking about giving some home construction jobs to the VIRTUS-FIDUS-PROBO (VFP) company located in the state of Illinois. On Thursday, December 2, 2010 I was JACKED at WAX n FACTS for two of my albums after I took a total of 53 into the store in an attempt to sell them. The two gentlemen inside took my albums from the box and went through them while they sat behind the counter a bit out of eye shot. Do not use this company for web design or hosting. I have never been more unsatisfied with a business. They are very happy to take your money but as soon as you need to get somthing done, they are not available. I have so many compnaints I don't know where to begin. They started charging my bank account for a site that I had cancelled 6 months ago. I have not been able to get a refund from them. I have acquired several hours of free updates from them but getting this done is impossible. I have spent countless hours on hold and I often get disconnested while waiting. Stand up for your consumer rights! Do NOT do business with this company as they are not to be trusted and are very deceiving the way they do business. Two days prior to the expiration of my extended warranty on this appliance I called the 800-4-myhome number to find out where I should take my vacuum for repair under the warranty. clear rate is company who has bee scamming many people including myself. when callinmg for land phone service i was told to send a check up front to have my service turned on. this would happen in 5 to 7 days after recieving the check. this began on 10-4-10. i have made multiple phone calls asking what was happening and recieve a different excuse each time as to why i do not have service. i have spoken to at least 5 different people to try and work this out. i have requested my money back as i want the work order cancelled. i am still waiting... read full review »

For Christmas of 2009, by wife gave me a Pro Form - whirl wind Stationary bike. It lasted about 6 months before it just "froze" up, you couldn't make the pedals move. I contacted sears they suggested I contact Pro Form since my warrenty had expired. I did, and recived an estimate for repairs, which would be $200. (Brand new it only cost $250). I bought a Land rover free-lander from these people on 9/21/2010. with in 20 days it started burning from the engine. I'm just another of the many listed here who ordered a netbook on Dec 9, 2010, paid for upgraded 3 - 5 day shipping and my netbook hasn't even shipped yet. Took my computer in back in November 2010 for a new power supply box. At the time of pick-up they wanted me to know they could tell there were viruses on my computer and for loads of extra $, could remove them. I let them know I had anti-virus software. I recently was employed for this company. I noticed an associate stealing from the company I reported to my manager. My manager then covers the problem up I leave for the day at this point. What a nightmare. I used freightcenter.com to ship a tanning bed to my location. A technician was hired to crate the bed and drop off at a terminal in California. The company said it wasn't packaged properly. The technician said he would do whatever they wanted to meet their satisfaction. The company said they don't want the liability of an expensive tanning bed even if it were done properly. The Greenbriar Station is the worst in Houston. We are having ongoing problems with Greenbriar. Ms. Flanagan, the Greenbriar Station Manager who is abrasive and rude. We’ve asked multiple times not to receive mail not personally addressed to us (which would exclude junk mail, advertisements and circulars). This complaint is directed at a specific Fitness19 facility; the one located in McIntyre Square, Mcknight Road in Ross Township PA. Joined this club due to its convenient location, low cost and mix of free weights for myself and machines & cardio equipment for my wife and daughter... unfortunately this turned out to be a very poorly considered combination and layout. This company billed my bank account (automatic fund withdrawal) for years for credict card services. When I closed my business, I contacted them and cancelled this service, paid off the remainder of my contract, and was told that I would owe nothing further. They continued to charge me for 4 months despite numerous calls and now will not refund my money. They don't even deny that they screwed up, just won't refund my money. I've had to go back multiple times for the same thing, it sounded like a good deal but after my 3rd visit, it was just expensive as Geek Squad. The guy kept saying how it's hard because he is a small business, but the sob story only works so much, ya know? TOLD me the scope would be mounted on the gun and when I received the gun it was not mounted. Contacted them before I purchased the gun, they sent me an email stating that the scope would be mounted and when I called them back 3 times (to reach the correct person) because it was not mounted, they acted like it was of no concern to them. I purchased a $189.00 projector bulb from Projectorquest that was guaranteed to replace the original bulb. The original bulb lasted over 4 years, theirs last less than 6 months. Since I was over their 6 month warranty by weeks, due only to date of purchase, not use of product, they would only give me $10 off coupon.
