The store does not allow refunds. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted to charge me an additional $30. just to sent the boots back. Then I got an email saying no refunds were allowed. Although the product is supposed to be authentic Ugg boots, the product is stiff and hard and the top of the boot was narrow and didn't fit. They called and told me that they needed to fix both windows and would look at the seat. The seat was not fixed and we were chared $700 to fix the windows. One month later the windows didn't work.
