Beware of incomplete websites...and...misleading charges for websites that are not complete when advertised "as complete". Then this company charges customers to fix their own software that's useless to be advertised to the public until the fixes are completed. They have a ticket system where tickets are taken to resolve issues, then after a week the ticket number is only one increment higher...clearly indicating that they are not working any tickets at all and have no intention of fixing issues...BEWARE of this business! On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. I bought a canon battery grip for the canon 5d mark 2 and noticed after a few weeks that the plastic gear inside the grip broke, yes, canon installs a plastic gear which drives a metal gear, needless to say after x amount of tightening and loosening the plastic gear strips. I called Accurate Plumbing at 9:00 in the morning. I said I needed a water filter installed and asked for an estimate of the price and time. I was told early afternoon and that the plumber would call me with an estimate. I tried Webroot AV for about a year and found the product to invasive, required too much baby sitting. The annual anniversary of my Webroot purchase just came around. You spend 30min on their surveys and they kick you off and say you don't qualify without pay.
