This company called me with an unidentified number on my phone. We actually have a block on our phone to prevent any unsolicited companies from calling...however, their call was able to get through since it showed up as an "unknown caller" on our phone line. The person from Premeir debt solutions did not immediately identify what company was calling...only that they could significantly lower any interest rates on any of my Visa or Master Card Credit Cards. This is the worst work from home company to work for. If you value your customer service skills, do not waste them with this company. They demand that you give customers the white glove treatment, but secretly they are rude and unknowledgeable about the profession they are in. My boyfriend and I went in and looked at a RV at Vogt. We found one we liked and we brought to our salesmans attention that the rear on both sides had severe ripples and somewhat soft. Our salesman said he would ask if they would wholesale it out if it had damage. The service mgr and sales mgr stated it did not and it was "structurally sound" were there words. We took them at their word and we took it out 3 weeks ago for the first time and we accidently put a 2x6 hole in it. I cancelled my service in April 2010 I think maybe 09 time flies I can't keep up. Paid my final bill 60.00. YET, they kept sending me a bill. I work at a university and ordered toner from HP.com and received it the next day. The condition of the packaging was unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't know who to blame, HP or Fed Ex, but more likely Fed Ex. I attached a picture of the packaging AS IT ARRIVED. I didn't sign for the package but heard that the Fed Ex delivery person shrugged it off when questioned about the packaging. I had a LG front load washer that was a lemon and my extended warranty replaced it after a few years. My LG stove had the electronic board go out so nothing worked and had that replaced within the first year or so. Also my LG refrigerator/bottom freezer is 4 years old and I am on the 5th repair call. The freezer is running 24 hours a day and the stuff in the freezer is thawing. It can not be fixed for 8 more days after 2 already. My food is spoiling and LG is very sorry but I have to deal with the place I bought it. And LG cell phones don't even get me started. read full review »

They claim they have a recorded phone conversation of me agreeing to get a computer on November 22, 2010. I'm disabled and on a very limited income. With Christmas being next month there is no way in hell I agreed to that. After hours of frustrating phone calls my account was FINALLY cancelled. I spoke with manager Trevor who instead of cancelling the order simply pushed the due date out. Unacceptable. I set up premium payments through my banks bill pay account but the payments were not correctly applied. I am being dunned for payments from 2009 that I thought had been cleared up last year. I called but was transferred 5 times then disconnected. I have the proof of payment and have sent it to them twice now. Before considering US Bancorp (US BANK) for investments, watch out for exorbitant fees. Since I have a checking and savings account with US Bancorp (US Bank), I decided in October 2009 to take out a Roth IRA with US Bank Investments. As previously - they say that something is in stock; take your money and then say that it's not in stock. They claim that this is because their stock is updated twice daily. This is nonsense - goods ordered in June not received in September... BUT still show as in stock on their website. (I know that they'll never be received as the line is discontinued.) Absolutely no customer service, if you place an order it is billed fourth party. All contact information given is false. Site says 30 day money back gurantee, however you will never get to talk to anyone, if an e-mail is sent to the cusomer service address you get a generic reply stating that their communications have been down and the IT guy just fixed it(you get this e-mail ten days after you sent the original). additionaly the email says not to worry and an RMA # will be sent to you shortly(never will happen). Beware of incomplete websites...and...misleading charges for websites that are not complete when advertised "as complete". Then this company charges customers to fix their own software that's useless to be advertised to the public until the fixes are completed. They have a ticket system where tickets are taken to resolve issues, then after a week the ticket number is only one increment higher...clearly indicating that they are not working any tickets at all and have no intention of fixing issues...BEWARE of this business! On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. On November 23 I called them to ask what was up. They told me that the $19.95 was for my monthly membership dues. I knew nothing about the club and told them I did not want to be a member.
