How many of you have ever had your roof replaced? Lot's of us have, I am one of them. I was looking to have my roof redid and seen an Ad on Fox50 tv and called the number. My first rental with car2go was a disaster. I found a car on their car finder near 290 and Ben White and went to pick up the car. When I reached the location, I found the car...behind a gated fence. I called customer service who told me the car was not supposed to be behind the fence. They directed me as best they could (the rep was in the Netherlands where it was 3am) to the next closest car. An employee of Bronson & Migliaccio, LLP called and said he needed immediate payment for an old credit card ( Union Plus) I used to have. We talked & he said they would settle on $ 500.00 and it would be written off as paid in full. My Mom sent them a check for $500.00 and the check cleared. Not only was I not credited for the $500.00 I recieved a bill saying I owed $1911.72. I ordered two parts for my Whirlpool Electric Range after "chatting" with a rep several times who repeated assured me that the parts were BLACK, as i had requested. Right before the standard warranty on my Samsung dishwasher ran out, I purchased an extended 2-year warranty on 08/10/2010 from a company that a Samsung Corp. representative recommended. My 4 children purchased a Die Hard portable power unit for me on my birthday in September of 2009. It worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. With the unit full charged, it would only work for about 15 minutes and then made a loud humming sound and the ERR mode would come on the screen and the unit would then shut off. I went to the Cloverdale Shell yesterday to see about getting a new bulb for my headlights on a 1995 Ford Taurus. I have had problems before with this station where they price things differently if a woman brings a car in for repairs, but what happened yesterday was truly egregious and above and beyond. I was originally referred to Transfirst through my bank Washington Mutual. I didn't have any problems at first, but then a rep called and told me they had to do a mandatory upgrade on the equipment because as of a certain date, the equipment I had was supposedly not going to work (probably a lie). I recently went in to buy a truck for my son ant Napleton Dodge in Kissimmee FL. We put down $5760 down plus a$1000 trade. They had also ask my son for a print out of his banking statements so he could get the loan based on his earned income. He did that on line in front of them, not just once, but twice.
