No one answers the phone or e-mail inquiries. On one occasion I got an e-mail reply with false information. I was give a tracking number for items that were shipped to Maryland. I am in Miami, FL. Be very careful using this company. They will keep your deposit even with plenty of advance notice (even if they are able to re-hire the inflatable to someone else). I leased a copier about 1 year ago and was generally happy. My first year's "free" service was limited by 60, 000 copies. About 3 months before the year was up I was already getting late notices on a new $400 charge for extended service. The billing staff is not friendly or helpful and acts like I don't have a right to question the charge. I am unable to transfer ebooks because I cannot get an authorization code, whicch consists of my email address and password. These have been approved by adobe already but I still get system failure. Adobe's forums are hundreds of pages and when I try to narrow down the area of concern, I get that I have asked too many times and/or system error.
