I have had 5 or 6 positive experinces with this site up and until my last parking experience. My car was vandalized - the rag top on my convertible slit from side to side and contents of my glove box emptied on floor of my vehicle. In reference to our Us Airways account October 21, 2010 Our payment was due on October 6 which was paid in full through our online acct. We discovered a problem on Saturday October 9 when we attempted to use the card at several different locations only to have it rejected. They advertised grocery coupons with GrocerySavers.com supposedly to do Marketing Research. Turns out they ARE NOT Nielsen (but Nelson), you had to pay for the coupon booklet and then pay to have the coupons delivered! Then make sure you opt out of the program or else you will be charged 100 dollars per year. They may have sold my info to other companies that charge monthly service fees. I ordered some bed linens. The sheets were attached sheets for bunk beds. They were attached so that the wrong side of the top sheet was up. I tried to email them to get a return slip. They never responded. It took over 2 weeks to get my order from a place only 100 miles away. I kept the sheets because I had washed them (which you cannot return). I will never order from them again. I ordered $200+ of hair products, they charged my credit card, zero communication on ship date and a very odd order confirmation, so I was suspicious from day one. No delivery as of yet-been weeks. They have generated 2 bogus USPS tracking numbers. Visa said they do this to "calm me down". I heard about the site and applied, I was accepted. So I'm not sour over not getting in. But I do feel like the site could have some better qualities. The interface isn't very "beautiful" and the site always runs slow. It's hard to connect with other members in comparison to the ease of connection you get with a site like facebook. When I want to invite people to an event, it's much harder then it would be on facebook. The website looks very professional laid out but the products do not come from this company at all. When one pays the payment goes to a person called Jiangfeng Yu in Hong Kong, and therefore one does not sends the money to a compnay name at all. The product in my case never arrived, and there is no phone number and e-mails are ignored so money wasted.
