This company believes that their employees with 14 years of experience is only worth 7.50 an hour. They don't pay you holiday pay (time and a half) like other companies do and they don't tell you until after you have worked the holidays. When they promote you, they overwork you for the little extra money they do pay you. I bought a car phone charger for my cell phone. I had the right one but when I got home and tried it on my phone it was the wrong one. So I took my receipt and charger back. The manager said that 2 of the 3 wires were missing in the pack. I did not open it!! You can test the wires without opening the pack.. She said she could not give me a new one. OR return my money. I recieved a phone call stating that the timeshare that I had listed had a buyer and that they were going to send me the closing documents via Fed Ex. They should arrive in 3-5 business days. Since I had listed this timeshare I gave them a phone check of $840 to "cover closing costs". They have committed out and out fraud. They claim to be able to match perfumes and they have no ability to do this service they are advertising. They need to be held accountable somehow. They use the mail to send their products months late and then claim a return policy of 30 days from purchase. I bought new bras at the fashion bug. They states that if the wires come through in 40 day please return them . I bought 6 new bras and had to return all them 3 different times because the underwires came through the bras. I did the proper laundering as per manufactor recommendation . Sheehy Ford Service Dept has very unprofessional employees. If you have a warrenty, they dont have alot of interest in properly servicing your vehicle. I had to take my car in for a brake issue. They never put my car on the machine for a code, they missed another brake issue and now I have to pay another deductible because of their poor service. I called the customer care number 18008649903 on 0813 to complain that the package hadn't arrived yet, and that i wanted to cancel. I have experienced numerous Duracell 9 Volt coppertop batteries being "dead" right out of the newly opened package. Batteries affected have the date stamp MAR 2014 on the side of them. I have atempted to contact the consumer line but their automated voice system does not give specific guidance in reporting 9 volt battery issues. After the voice finishes its message, it automatically disconnects the call. As it turns out, your private email to a particular barn is sent to riding stables throughout the entire state, including your name, addresss etc. It is NOT a private communication to a particular equestrian business. I first had a X-Ray done at a local Hospital while on an ER visit. 3 days later I went in for Ortho check up at John Ruth's office which is part of University Medical Center's clinic.
