My husband purchased a purse for me online from them over a week ago. The credit card has been charged for $71 but no information regarding tracking number or even an email response back to us has ever occured! We have tried multiple times to email them with no response back! I bought a blow dryer called Vidal Sassoon 1875, I purchased it at Family Dollar for $12.00 I used the blow dryer on high several times and nothing happened until this morning and as I was almost done blow drying my hair flames shot out and burnt the top of my hair sinjing it off to about a half an inch from my scalp, The blow dryer no longer works on high but works on low. I was doing surveys online, it came to a part where they asked me to choose free stuff. After filling out all the information; I got to payment option and I backed out. They phoned me at home, and some how convinced me it was a great deal. A $1000.00 gift card. Stupidly I gave them my ATM #, then found out it was all a scam! I discontinued my card, called them and complained. Tracking # 1057572. Thankfully they have my last name spelled wrong. Beware, nothing online is free! Additional options were not approved at the time of renewal of the our web site is an act of malfeasance at their hosting site. They added security options which were not needed nor requested. They dropped these options when complaints were made but would not complete any refund for these services. I had gotten breast implants from what I thought was a reputable place called Bucks County Plastic Surgery Center, P.C. Doctor Robert Skallicky did the surgery. We have only been in these apartments for 1 month and 1/2 and we have had too many maintenance issues. Upon move in, all the paper from them painting was still on the floor, the appliance were not plugged in or put back in place, we could not bathe in the tubs because they were still drying, light fixtures were broken, the carpet was dirty, closet doors were broken, blinds were broken, there were roaches everywhere and the air conditioner was not working. Signed up for Pinnacle Home Alarm System Instillation in April 2007. Service is provided by Castle Rock Security until September 2010. Requested cancellation August 2010, 3yr 3 months after installation. However the contract they have apparently says that they are allowed to continue charging my credit card monthly for the full year (April 2010 through April 2011) or automated 1 year renewal each anniversary date. This is obviously wrong, bad business, and criminal! I read this contract and I did not see a clause that this is the case at all (obligated annually to a full year service ). Several years ago I had Target Exterminators come out and exterminate our home of honeybees which were living in a wall in our house. I was originally told that they would be able get rid of them. They came out and sprayed repeatedly and failed repeatedly. First find the fine print and then read it: your 'bids' cost you 80 cents each (paid for before you bid) yet when you use (and lose) an eighty cent bid the auction is only increased in price by 1 penny! They will not give a refund for shoes I bought. They are in Shanghai and I got "Shanghaied" for $73.98. I emailed them several times asking for their address to return shoes (their mailing label is in Chinese!). Tony Huang won't give it and tells me to keep, sell, or give the shoes away. Their website says "money back guaranteed" -- NOT. He also told me that he would now charge me the shipping cost and tax off any refund. I've been on several bidding sites and have watched hours upon hours of auctions. This site was the only one where I felt I was being raped. I would bid on ps3 games that were obscure and not popular and would continually get run up by bidders, the only catch, non of the names were the same. There has been Unauthorized charges on my bill for a Streaming Flix billed by HBS for 14.95. I call HBS & was told by Randy that he could not address this & forwarded me to 1-877-768-3693 Streaming Flix, which did not answer there phone. Bidfun is a total ripoff. 1 bid equals approx $1 and only increases the bid amount by $.01. Using that math, an item selling for $20 actually nets them $2000+. You do NOT get your money back if you don't win the auction. If you do win the auction, not only do you pay $1 for every bid, you also have to pay the final amount of the auction. I got totally ripped. I spent a lot of money over a period of a couple of days and suddenly realised that this was a scam. Firstly I checked this website and read the review and them compared the bidfun nz to the bidfun uk and found the same users ie. donnaoneill, TITANIK, padcom etc etc are on both sites and the auctions are the same sites but in NZ$ and UKpounds. When I placed the order it was indicated to be in stock. A series of e-mails followed from the vendor indicating the order was received, order was accepted and order was processed for payment. Ordered several items and by the time the first one arrived I had already ordered another item. BIG MISTAKE!!! Quality is not as expected and as noted in other reviews you pay for it up front and then wait a month or two for your order to arrive with no notification that its going to be delayed. This one is a train-wreck. Office address is fake, registrant address is fake, telephone numbers are not fake but, contrary to appearances, are cell phones probably not in the UK at all. One is a "premium" number for which they can charge you as much per minute as they like when you call. This company is based in China - which there is no indication of in website. We ordered a $125 pr of men's shoes which were too small even though we had ordered 1/2 size larger than usually worn. We have sent multiple emails (email address has changed since original order but have used new email also) and their reply, when they reply at all, is they do not offer refunds. I agree with Pete S. This web site does not answer emails and the same bidders always win. You will notice that two or three of them always bid but never against one another. They drive up the bids at the 60cents per bid and you never win the auction losing all your bids and your money. Then after about a week the bidders change their names so people wont catch on and think they are bidding against someone else.
