Same as the previous two guys. The old bait and switch. Paradigm representative J.W. showed up at my business asking to see my old processing statements. He ran a bogus analysis showing how much money they could save me. I asked why I needed the credit card swiper when my POS already was capable and he told me that because they don't make money on the processing, they make it on the Ladco lease. He stated this was for a line of credit on a credit card for 2, 500.00, and told me there would be a one time charge of $99.00. I repeated that is not what I wanted and could not afford it. L.G. Send, a technician mid June and took my T.V. both the LG service technician and the representatives at L.G. reassure me that my unit was under warranty. The technician came on four different occasions to my place of residence. The first time he came he said that there was a problem with the main board on the unit and that he was going to order that specific part that was needed to fix this issue. I have had the worst experience ever with this company. As most of America, I lost my job in 2008. I am a single mother of 2 kids. I would get phone calls at all hours, sometimes up to 20 a day on the day my car payment was due, not a day late, 5 days late, the day of. I was cussed out, told I was an uneducated idiot and thats why I lost my job. I was lied to and threatened. Salesman from this company will waste an hour of your time, will ask you to fill research form etc. only for purpose to convince you to become a member and pay members fee. I found my research form in the garbage after the salesman left my office. They don't need your opinion - they need only your money. They visit small businesses and explain how it is important to express your opinion via this company and it is the only way to bring information to the congressman. And you have to pay. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Washer and dryer over a year ago. There was a problem with with something getting stuck and making the machine leak and making a noise. I ordered and PAID for some hair accessories from Zombie Gore Couture well over a month ago and NEVER received them! When I filled a complaint with PayPal, two weeks later, the seller Stephanie Adame wrote me a rude email and started making up excuses on why I hadn't received the items. Said she sent them but could not provide me with a tracking number. I kept emailing her and was not able to get in touch with her. I gave her one last chance, still nothing after another week went by. Now I have filled a claim with PayPal to hopefully get refunded. Have received a phone message at home and at work from "Llyod Banks" at 559-823-5337. Claimed to work for Law Group of California and that they were about to file a lawsuit against me. Said I needed to call immediately to settle this or give him my lawyers name. I was given no information about who was bringing suit against me or why. I was told that if I didn't call back, there was nothing he could do for me. This scam is very similar to to one I experienced in the spring, when an Asian fellow named "Danny" called me repeatedly for about 2 months. This web site came to me in my e-mail. I just looked at the web site. How they got my credit card # I do not know. I did not give it to them. I looked at this site on 9-8-2010. Today 9-22-2010 I received a bill in the mail from my credit card company with a charge of $159.00 on it from AW-SWIPE-BID.COM. I never bid on anything and got out of the site immediatly. I reported them as spam, and have ever since. They keep sending me e-mails which I do not open. I want an immediate refund. I will be going to my bank to dispute this bogus charge. read full review »

I have BIG propblems with Verizon. My husband had internet service in PA when he was working there for several months and when he moved back to NJ he tried to cancel it. They said it would cost $79 for an early termination fee. His monthly fee was $36 at the time, which is already ridiculous for just internet service. They told him he could put it on vacation hold instead for 6 months and then just cancel without having to pay teh fee so thats what he did. Had the displeasure of selecting this resturant. When we entered I WAS NOT busy @ all. We stood by the "wait 2 be seated sign" watching wait staff and the mgr on duty pass us several times, ignoring us. Finally an employee who was obviously on break, sat us. Now we wait again as we listen too our waiter (Terry H) complain about how he is so busy. We ordered and when our food came it was wrong. I complained, 4 all the good it did. One of those monitors I had replaced and paid for to the Dealer's Service Department, with no success. I've noticed a steady decline over the last 10 years in the "care" in customer service but ever since the financial meltdown it seams as if the "service" has been entirely removed from peoples lexicon.
