Capitol Toyota of San Jose must be going through tough times, because they gouged me on a repair that I will never forget, and hopefully neither will you. September 18, 2010 I traveled to Baltimore Maryland from North Carolina to attend a baseball game. When I arrived at my hotel, they did not have my reservation (which I had made through Expedia three week prior). Other people who had booked through Expedia had the same problem. We were unable to fly to Maui in March of this year. So we called Hawaiian Airline. They said no problem we will issue you a credit. When I said that the credit card number had changed, she said, "no problem, it just had gone through". When I checked the credit card the next month there was no credit. Prior to applying it was understood by my financial aid counselor that the only way I could attend was through financial aid. This company is a complete SCAM. I was told by a sales rep that after my $99 30 day trial I would be charged $20 a month for two years to have access. This sounded reasonable. I was never able to access their online courses. I tried talking to people and they promised to have the issue cleared up. They never did.
