I recently bought a car from GWM Springs and it broke down within the first month. I phoned GWM to bring the problem to their attention and they basicly told me it's not their problem. Before I purchased the car, they told me they had serviced the car and they showed me the full service history etc. I don't understand how a car can be serviced and then breakdown within the first month and then the dealer refuses to take any responsibility for the car. HomeChoice is still taking money out of my installments as bank charges. I di direct payment from my account to their account (no middle man) but each time they deduct R7.40. This is nonsense. Two weeks back, i spoke to one of their consultants (Oscar) and he said they will refund all the deductions and pay them back into my account. This has not been done. I had an appointment with one of your stylists today at 1 pm. What I explained to her and what I got for the money I paid ( R 345.00 cut and blow dry ) are 2 different things. I'm very disappointed by the fact that your stylist does not have any knowledge of cutting hair nor has she any knowledge of rectifying her mess. We received an SMS today advising we were being handed over for failure to make payment on our City of Johannesburg Account. When I called the call centre to query this, as our account is very much up to date, I was to discover that the bill was actually for a property we sold back in 2006 and the sms should have been sent to the new owner. On their system they have all of the new owners details but with our cell phone number - and not the cell phone number we had back in 2006 either! My husband and I were on vacation and wanted to eat on the strip. Be careful! The hostess offered us 20% off on our bill. We said okay and sat down. When the bill came the 20% was not to be seen. DayStar Pets was hired to care for my two cats while I vacationed last week. A contract was signed to come daily to care for my two cats. Care to include feeding/water/litterbox for the week I was on vacation. 7 days. 9/11-9/17. I returned home on 9/18 to find the pet sitter never came. The origianl and extended Bumper to bumper warranty doesn't cover damage to interior surfaces even if the damage is due the underlying metal (covered under warranty). The leather cover on the Drive/Park shifter thing is getting pinched by the metal underneath creating a hole in the leather. Cost to fix $150 - $200. Will have to wait until I'm re-employed to get it fixed. The service dept said they called and explained the cause, to the warranty people. This evening I stopped off at a neighborhood CITGO to fill up my tank. While washing the windows, there was no automatic stop on the flow of gas when the tank filled.
