The City of Sweetwater Florida is a small rundown and very corrupt municipality located in Miami Florida and its main street is West Flagler Street and 107th Avenue. This company is in the business giving you money and then continue to take it out even though you paid off it off. Received a PDL for $350.00. Ask to be paid in full. 5 pay periods of $105 were taken instead and i had to close account to stop it. I already paid over the $450. I have a larsen storm door and it was under warrenty. The door was defective. After dealing with Dayton Freight with damaged freight, I would not recommend them. The inspection report from a "third party" showed a picture of the freight stacked on top of another piece of freight, causing even more damage then originally caused. The inspection report was not well done, and the sides of the crates at the impact sites were not even removed for inspection for damage. In my opinion, the lack of a thorough inspection was for the benefit of the freight line by not exposing more potential damage. read full review »

Oak Harbor Freight Lines damaged my shipment, and then said it would be 30-120 days to even process the claim, not promising resolution. In addition, they altered the bill of lading without my permission, removed the insurance coverage, and tried to charge me $200-$300 more for 2 shipments of 1 crate instead of the originally billed 1 shipment of 2 crates.
