Sherrel Air provided an estimate of $2500 to replace compressor of A/C and stated that this would fix everything. Less than a week the cool deteoriated. I took my 2000 Ford Windstar in for the rear axel recall on 9/13/2010. Well I dropped it off at 7:30am and recieved a phone call at 9:30am. I returned the call at 11:00am when I got home. I am commenting on the deplorable lack of customer service at F&A Appliance Repair. I have the bad luck of owning a Haier refrigerator that has been problematic since October 2009. Unfortunately, F&A is the designated warranty repair service for Haier in the San Bernardino area, so I am at their mercy. Don't support this spa. It is run by northeast PA business-fraud Lori Albano. In May 2008, I rented out a room at the Pump House Inn in the Poconos, which she was the owner of, and never received my deposit upon moving out. She was supposed to meet me at the property to give it to me, never showed up, and dodged a series of phone calls from me, reminding her that I had given that deposit to them in confidence. We have banked with the credit union for several years, and financed autos with them. We filed bankruptcy in 2008 when our business failed, but reaffirmed with the credit union. Our payment record is perfect. We have a Mazda and Honda financed with them, and sold the Honda to reduce our debt. My wife and I had flu shots at the local WalMart (store #1765) provided my Mollen Immunization Clinics on 10/10/2009. We were both reassured that it would be at no charge to us. He did not obtain my written informed consent before this second procedure. I had to fire Nick Taylor of Atlas Constructors because he raised the price of the job after the contract was agreed upon. He was extremely behind schedule and I could not see an end in sight with the methods he employed. We hired Roof to Deck one year ago to power wash and stain our deck. They spilled stain, were very sloppy and ended up power washing our deck 3 times. The owner insisted I knew nothing about wood, and they did not need to sand the wood. They guaranteed the deck would hold it's stain for 2 years. In 9 months almost all of our stain was gone. I chose to not engage with Roof to Deck due to the fact each time we had an issue with the sloppiness of the workers, the owner came out to our house, and was combative and argumentative.
