My daughter and her son had a credit card bill with Chase, They were unemployed and making min payments. They were contacted by Alliance one and told if they could pay a large sum in a week, they would set up a low bill to pay each month. My Husband used his Wells fargo card to pay $400.00 and my son in laws mother used her credit card to pay $400.00. A month later they get a notice from chase, that they did not make their payment and will now take them to court. They now have legal fees and court fees and an extra $1000, 00. Bought the smallest set of cutco knives for almost $500 dollars after watching the demonstration in my home, which comes out to, about a $100/knife. Definitely not all they are cracked up to be. Please beware of this company. I received a notice in the mail to renew my fictitious business name. I sent the renewal notice back with $100. About a month and a half later, I received another notice on the same thing. When I called about the second notice, they told me that they did not send the first notice which was from a company that was supposed to handle the renewal part for me. We visit Aventura regularly.The Hydro is not well maintained eg. The mats on the floors are old and dirty, the water quality is so bad at times that you scared to bathe.This long weekend the outdoor pools were so filthy my kids simply had to get out of the water.There are two water fountains in the Hydro, most of the time not dispensing cold water.If you complain they tell that they will sort it out but it never happens. When I received my credit card statement, I found that they had charged me an unauthorized $9.99 for membership in their Blooms Rewards program. I did not want to be a member of this program. I was approached at my home a couple of months ago by young lady in her early 20's selling subscriptions to magazines to benefit disabled children. She was very nice, had a great story and I gave in and bought $127 worth of magazine subscriptions from her and paid by check. From there that is where it goes bad. A Fossil watch valued at R2600 was lost by the Mabula Driver en route from Bela Bela to Bryanston. I have phoned Mabula approximately 20 times in the past 7 months to resolve this issue and never received a call back. On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the General Manager (Gavin Hatherley) he advised he would speak to their insurance and come back to me but has not returnd my calls since ! I bought a rebuilt replacement cooling unit for my RV refigerator on July 1st, 2010. The unit does not function as it should, no cooling in the food portion and minimal in the freezer. Jerry from RV Ice Box advised me thru a tech assistance phone call that he would replace the unit due to the problem. He said it sounds like something crystallized in the boiler area during startup. I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile's customer service. They have now cut there customer service hours back to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I have had to wait 10-30 minutes before I even get a live representative on the line the last couple of months. On top of that, my reception is bad. There promise of putting a new tower in my area a couple of years ago, still has not happened. Many times they have said they would call back and have not.
