24-7 Ride called me at 8:30 in the evening to tell me they weren't coming for my 6:30 a.m. trip to the airport for a business trip. They said they had tried to reach me -- but I had no messages on my machine from them (machine is working fine, thankyou). This company requires a $50 "activation fee" to process a free stay at a resort as long as you attend one of their timeshare presentations. The contract clearly states that this activation fee will be refunded as long as you attend the presentation. They refused to answer my question when I asked about their refund and before that kept giving me the round around on how thing operate that wasn't specified in their procedures. My husband took his car to Hi-Q to get new tires fitted. We paid for the wheel balancing, but the balancing was totally out.
