I placed an order with getgear.us for some firearm sights and magazines. I chose them because of their low price on one particular item and since I was buy it and shipping was so expensive (including a $1.66 "handling" fee) I would add a few other things in. Chase Home Finance, LLC has been trying to bully its way into foreclosing on my property. I have been making my monthly payments without missing any. I signed up with Regus in May 2010 with a 1 year agreement. I was told a lot of different things that did not add up in my first billing cycle. The Area manager Judy is very misleading. She told me that they had a 6 month clause stating that if you need to cancel your term agreement before your contract ends that they have a clause that would allow you out depending on the circumstances. I purchased 3 new tires from Mavis in NY before driving back to my home in Montana. Within 24 hours the front left tire was low. I suspected they did not mount it correctly. Since switching from BOA to Barclay's Bank LLBEAN VISA card we have had a stream of irritating and intrusive alerts coming in by phone and email. This company is fraudulent! I was contacted by someone who expressed a KEEN interest in an item I was selling on craigslist. Before even seeing the item (a wheelchair lift) or haggling on the price they had this fake shipping company contact me to pick up the lift. The "buyer" agrees to make their payment to Paypal saying that Paypal would then pass the funds along to me within a few days. We purchased an Everstar Beverage/Wine Cooler Model HDBC36ID approximately 16 months ago. Has worked great for us for the first year. I purchased a Kitchenaid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer in 2007. A few weeks ago the beater shaft housing separated from the main part of the unit and fell into a bowl of cake batter I was mixing. My son lives in Alpine Texas, his neighbor apparently did not pay his electric bill, WTU cut off my sons meter instead of the one they were suppose to. My son has a baby on the way, and two other small children. When he called and they admitted thier mistake WTU told my son that it would take 24 hours to turn his electric back on. That it did not constitute an emergency to come out and turn his back on. But the neighbor that did not pay his bill still had his electric on. The pushy, loud and fast used car dealers at Camelback Toyota put me in front of an incorrect Kelly Blue Book value for an awesome looking 2007 Scion and got me to buy it for more than it's worth. Be careful with these guys managing your property. It has been a nightmare having these manage my properties. Since Joe Davis had been managing my properties, it has been an endless amount of avoidable expenses, lack of communication etc. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his continued negligence and lack of communication has caused me thousands in expenses. The technician came out to repair our central air conditioner, told us that we just needed more freon without checking for the source of the leak beforehand. He went ahead and pumped 5 lbs of expensive R410 freon into our system and said call if it leaks out again. We did ask him where the freon was leaking from and he said he wasn't sure but it would be a real hassel to check because he'd have to check both the inside and outside units. Todays Option claims process needs all the help they can get. I am a provider the files claims with Today's Option they pay on some claims with the NU modifier and then the next 5 claims they deny as invalid procedure/modifier. Go figure, I called the company they still can not figure it out. They then tell me they will rework the claim. It gets paid but I wasted hours and hours of my time.
