These jerks run their business out of their employee's cars. They seem to be able to charge whatever they want for recovery, because they only take cash after dark, and heaven forbid you want to use a card during the day to get your car back. I recently bought a house through Cartus Relocation and my experience could not have been worse. This is in Connecticut where Cartus is headquartered. Rhino Home Improvements of Sheffield/Rotherham built an extension which has leaked from the start. Despite a guarantee they have consistently refused to fix it and will not reply to any contact. I commented at the time that I thought their method of roofing would give potential for problems, but of course they knew best. Despite reassurance of their after-care, this has not been forthcoming. I took the CERT training in 2010. I felt while the training is very cool and a great way to learn how to help others. I felt that the instructors did not know what they were talking about. It really was like they woke up one morning and said let's do this. The instructors had little background in the material they were teaching. It would be nice if they had people who knew what they were talking about or at least knew the material from the manuals they were using. Copy of email sent. On Aug 4th I bought my daughter a new phone from the store on 101A in Nashua NH. The person who put the new phone on my plan did not put my daughters texting package (free Verizon/Verizon and 1500 texts) on her new phone so now I have an $1182.12 phone bill, which I am most definitely not paying. The Flip Ultra HD Model U212OW is a defective product because it cannot be properly recharged after drainage of the battery. All sorts of error messages ensue. As I do every year in July I renew my children's insurance. It's always a BIG hassle with tons of lost paperwork by Kidcare's great staff. This ISP has very bad service. As an unfortunate customer, I have to pay $96 /month for an internet connection that isn't reliable. I started having problems with them since July 13, 2010. Fred bean told my daugter she needed new rear brake rotors. I took the car to another auto repair shop and they were shocked that they tried to sell her rotors. They told me the rotors were well over the minimum thickness, not scored or warped. Fred Beans also told her she would need new light bulbs for the signals and brakes although they were woking fine.
