I could not order on line. The site kept telling me that I needed to place my order by phone. I finally called, and when I wanted to use American Express, I was told that their server for AMEX was down. They wanted VISA. With VISA you have no recourse. Had a terrible experience with the GAP/GPP coverage we purchased on our new car. My wife & I still owe $240 after my insurance and GAP coverage paid. I contracted with Sullivan Mayflower to move the contents of my home cross country to separate locations in VA & NJ. My contract said that 1 truck would be delivering my contents to 2 separate locals. The weight of my delivery was in excess of 3500LBs. I signed up for what I thought was a no strings attached work from home internet link for 2.95 and 5 days later, today, they debited my account for 139.95! I called them and they told me that there was a 5 day trial period clearly started on the electronic info I read and signed and I said I do not remember seeing anything like that I would have certainly remembered seeing that you were going to charge me 139.95 after 5 days. I have banked with IBC for more than 10 years. Even when it was Local Oklahoma Bank. In 10 years I never had a problem. I went through the drive through last saturday, and the teller asked me a question I could not understand. When she could not explain it, she just said "nevermind." And I could see her and the other teller in the window blatantly laughing. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a bank. I bought a used GMC Sierra 1500 Extended cab 4x4 in August of 2008. The speedometer was working when I drove it off the lot but on the way home I passed a local police car and glanced down at my speedometer and it was sitting on zero. Ok my service with the city of fresno was disconnected on july 12, 2010. So i get a bill this month saying they are still charging me even tho i have no service what so ever!!! I called them and spoke to a lady who told me they can charge you becauase you have access to the water. So i informed her it was shut off and she said yes you have access to it but cant use it. They sold phone service to replace our previous AT&T service with the same features and agreed in voice recording that they will contact us before installation if there is a contractual termination fee from the previous service provider before installing our service.
