This guy is the WORST. He's incompetent, tardy for every appointment and rude. I was in need of a good IT guy to handle my small office here in Denver and I found this guy by word of mouth. What a mistake it was. He broke more than he fixed and then left me with a bunch of uslesss PC's. He was late to our appointment and not dressed appropriately. CMHA hires scrupulous contractors to get their work done. Some of these contractors low-ball their bids and receive Purchase Orders (PO) from CMHA-Procurement Department, and then disappear. They provide no schedule for their work and no committment as to when they will finish the job. I was contacted by Data factory at the end of June 2009, a company used by Old Mutual, and informed that I am a beneficiary for Orion Provident Fund and money is due to me. I ordered 40 lengths of deck board 3.6m x 140mm x 28mm on 8th July 2010. After having a look he suggested that some parts needs to be replace so he will go back to his "so called" company to buy the spare part.
