I recently bought spectorsoft. their ad was great, it told me all the things they did. What they left out was how you use the product. they never told me i could only see the recorded data from the computer i installed the software on. so here i am, a single dad trying to make sure my teenage daughter does not get into too much trouble, and i have to wait till i get home from work and my daughter is out of the house to check her computer. sometimes its ok but most times its very hard to do this and when i finally get to see the recorded data, its too late. I purchased NINE HUNDRED square feet of the Cherry Brizalian wood from bellawood during the summer, it was installed in my hallway, living room, den, and dinning room.All these areas show a light waxy film all the time even when not walked on. I hired Paul E Greenwald of the legal firm Greenwald & Hoffman, LLP on a small litigation matter. He was thorough initially, but spun his wheels, and billed me 3 times what he had estimated. The xperience with Greenwald & Hoffman was the worst I had ever had. He is arrogant and rude. I recieved only a partial shipment and the Obagi Products I did recieve were either not authentic or expired. I tried to contact them via email with no response. They do not have a phone number to contact. I contacted my credit card and they reversed charges but then Elite Depot wroted back and called me dishonest. They also lied to my credit card company saying that they had sent a replacement for the product I did not recieve which was not true. The shell gas station did not have any signs visabily posted that stated that the gas contained ethanol. When I asked the clerk on due who's name is Victor according to the receipt he said that the gas contained ethanol. I informed him there were no signs his responce was someone must have taken them. I or my wife could not see on any of the pumps any where that a stick could have been that would have said contains ethanol. My father worked at keylime cove as a waterpark technician. Due to their inadequate waterpark flooring, my father was severely injured when he slipped on the floor. Our nightmare began. What a cluster! They have no way of taking or keeping orders straight. I asked for an oil change, new battery and new wiper blades. I was told the battery was $49.99 and when I checked out it was actually $149.99. A price list on the wall would help. We hired Cloud Services Depot to augment our IT services and provide technical support for our customers over the phone when we could not. What we got was not what we bargained for when we noticed that our service wasn't working one day - the toll free number they provided was no longer working. I purchase a battery for my Dell 1735 laptop from Amstron in person two weeks ago. This battery says made in CHINA on it but I expected it to have some sort of warranty in the US. I brought my laptop for a work project in Spain. The cheap battery fizzed out on me. I upgraded to the 8500, because the version before it wouldn't feed multiple page documents from the feeder. The 8500 without the Wireless fed OK, but the 8500 doesn't feed. HP knows about the problem, because there is a downloadable "firmware" to correct it. This is my last HP all-in-one, because everyone has had multiple problems. A complaint needed to be filed with the manufacturer, and the dealer is normally responsible for for this. We spent 2800.00, it's the least that ungers can do. There are three disabled people who live in this household. My husband has lung disease due to silicosis exposure when he worked at ACIPCO for over ten years. The billing address used is in Batavia, IL - the same as Travel Services Network, Inc., which has many complaints on this site because of their travel scams. They use the website www.travelservicesus.net or www.travelservicesus.com to legitimize their scam. They also have a report on the Better Business Bureau that they point suspicious clients toward.
