Mr. Keil took $2, 500 from me to investigate and chase a debtor. After promising the and detailing the work he was to complete for this amount of money. Mr. David Keil refused to answer the phone or respond to me in any way. He took the money and disappeared. Every month it is the same problem. The pharmacy calls saying the prescriptions are ready and 2 days later when I go to pick them up they are not ready. This company is the worse I've ever seen. I signed up for a contract with these people and it has been nothing but trouble. I put in a claim for A/C repair in May. The contractor came out, wrote up a diagnosis and took the deductible. Never heard anything again. Put in a second claim, contractor John Wiggington from Accutemp Heating and Air came out, made diagnosis and was going to expedite claim. A group of friends and I went to the IHOP in Decatur, IL. We have considered ourselves "regular" customers and go there on average of anywhere from 1-3 times per week. BEWARE anything that looks to good to be true especially if from an RV dealer. We saw the sticker (big reduced price) and were suckered in! We purchased a new 2008 Siena Coachworks in 2009. We are long weekend campers that dont drive more than 3 hours from home. EVERY TRIP we have to take the RV to the shop for repairs. I am agreeing with a similar post. Same thing happened to me. The dealership let me drive off with the car and then called a few days later saying I needed a "co-applicant". As soon as I said that I would not do that, they started calling and harrassing me to bring the vehicle in immediately. I had no problem doing that but I was working, had previous plans and I also needed to find a ride home. My wife and I have 7 boys we care for that are all ours which is a result of 20 yrs of happy marriage. In 2008 their was a flood that damaged the house we rent and we lost about 80% of all our belongings. We were told by the home owner that he had Travelers and that we may want to consider the same. I can't believe how many other people have unauthorized charges from this company. I had 4 charges in one day for the following amounts 79.99, 53.99, 53.99, 19.99, 7.99. Now that's ALOT of money. I have tried on 3 occasions to refill a prescription with NextRx (Wellpoint) - used to do this with Express Scripts. On each occasion when I log on access is in progress for 2 minutes or more, at which time I disconnect and try again. On each occasion I have made several attempts. I can only guess that this is a situation where a company could provide better on-line service by providing additional bandwidth/computing power but doesn't want to spend the money. Just wanted to back up previous complaints on Marriot reservation(s) for timeshares at Newport Coast. It is ridiculous to try to book a week in the summer. After paying a large amount for the time share, each year you have to pay maintenence and taxes which is about 1400. Then if you try to book a week June through September you have to wake up at 5 Am in my time zone one year ahead to try to get a week. Good luck with that because the odds of that are slim and none.
