I went to this law firm to help me in an employment claim. I signed a fee contract which entitled them 40% of any settlement. This firm makes ambulance chasers look clean. the attoneys will not disclose anything to the client unless it is to manipulate the outcome. The only focus is the percentage. If the client does not want to take a settlement Don Sessions will threaten to sue you and take your home away. Don't go to these frauds.They negotiate with the employer behind your back and lie to you. You will realize more employee rights without them. My wife and I ate at this buffet on a Monday afternoon about 4:30. The place is very dark when coming in from the bright Phoenix sun and so the general filth of the place did not become obvious immediately. We paid for our two meals and a pot of hot tea and then proceded to obtain food from the steam table. Upon sitting down, we discovered the food was at best lukewarm. My wife even sent her's back to be microwaved.

Check engine light on took it to the dealer who told me that it the charcoal device in the emission control system needed replacing, over $600. I ask if it was covered under the ZERO emissions warranty. They told me that it wasn't. Not very trusting of car dealers I called Toyota customer service. They told me that it was covered. Had I not call Toyota the dealer could have charged me and then turned in a warranty reimbursement. For god's sake this is a Toyota dealer you'd think they'd know what'c covered, yes? Do not turn over your television to these people. My new tv was never repaired and never returned. They kept it for weeks and refused to tell me what was wrong with it. A man with a foreign accent refused to speak with me and would only speak with my husband, because I was a woman, even though I signed the original repair order and had it picked up. After I signed the credit card draft, the driver wrote "Customer satisfied, no refund." Now I can't get my $200.00 "assessment fee" back either. This professional is inadequate and negligent in inspecting our home prior to purchasing it. Visual area under the stairway (near entrance) which has the main water shut-off valve was NOT viewed and the drop ceiling area was NOT viewed.

Three years ago I had some work done on my teeth, they convinced me that I needed to have all the teeth on both sides of the top of my mouth pulled, they were supose to put in new perniment teeth, I have gone back three times in the pass 3 years, because I moved to Florida (which they knew I was moving) and every time I returned they wanted more money or charged more money to my account and still I have no teeth. Bought whole set when product first came out. Bought extra battery as recommended by other customers before me. Under two years my biggest frustration is the battery life. Absolute crap. Trimmer string doesn't automatically feed. I have a very small front yard, and two batteries barely handle it. I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacross from this dealer and it only had one key. They said that they had ordered one form General Motors back in Dec.2009 when they received the car with only one key. I have had this car a month and I still do not have my other key. I am very worried if I lose this key, I will not be able to use my car. I think a month is plenty of time to receive my key. The dealer says they are at your mercy and when the key comes in I will get it.
I need this 2nd key as soon as possible.
