In paying my monthly mortgage, I mailed it the 31st and July and it was just returned to me today...August 14. It was returned to me because the amount on the check was written for $1 less than supposed to be. It is Saturday, the customer service dept. is closed, and I would like to pay my mortgage online, but the website will not accept my loan #. I have confirmed it and retyped it several times. Is this a way of charing a late fee? Also, in having my taxes prepared, this company has not reported any of my payments to the IRS...is this something they can do legally? read full review »

I have had a Sam's Club credit account for years, and never had a problem. I had online bank set up to make payments on time, and it was a successful relationship. Sam's Club at some point turned over their credit to GE money Bank. The first sign that something was going wrong was late last year (2009) and early this year (2010), when I received a series of late charges. I ordered this product and paid the $4.95 shipping. About 10 days later called the customer service number to cancel and receive the RMA # needed to return product. Again seven days later called to request the same an RMA# and cancellation. Both times received some foreignor on the other end with very broken English that only wished to push promotions on you. 3 days later sent an e-mail to the site listed on package and 8 days later have still not received a reply. When first purchasing our Saturn Vue, my husband and I thought Rocky's was great and different from other dealerships. We were very wrong. He is selling Windows Product Keys at a very low cost which have turned out not to be "Genuine" as he says in his web site (windowskeymarket.com) and then don't answer emails. I own a 2003 Windstar Limited. It has a little over 100K on the odometer. We were traveling on open interstate, no incline, operating with the cruise control. Without warning, the rpm's jumped up like it shifted to neutral. I tried all gears on the selector as we lost momentum - nothing. At least we could have A/C while we waited. Transamerica Moving company contracted with me to move my belongings to another state. The amount that they quoted for my move was $2500 (based upon the weight of my belongings and the distance of the move). I packed all of my belongings except my artwork. I was told by the representatives at Transamerica that their movers would pack my artwork, and shrink wrap my furniture. I've been with t-mobile for 13 years now and never received an upgrade. I bought one new phone from t-mobile only because I wasn't aware that I could get an upgrade (it was convienently not mentioned by the sales rep). I purchased the unit on 9/19/09. The first problem became evident at start up. The compressor relay was installed upside down causing the compressor to run all the time, even without a thermostat. Second problem all Freon leaked out on two oscassions. The unit was so costly to operate that the first three months power bill were more than my previous 12 months combined.
