I called a company that sent Al Pier to fix my a/c problem. Al Pier mentioned that the company cost of repairing the problem would be 1000 but he could do it for 400. He siad that it was a small thing in the a/c. However a/c worked for 7 days before it died out. The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. I had originally bought this cruise from Travel Services for $93 per person and thought it was all-inclusive. Travel Services didn't pay for my flight; i ended up having to buy my own airfare to get down to the port. i just think if you win something then they should pay for you to get there too.
