We subscribed merchant service from Costco for our business because we like Costco and we buy everything from Costco. At the beginning, the Merchant Service is called Nova, later it changed to Elavon. This Elavon is so lousy, they will do everything to rip off their customers. We closed our business on May 15. On July 2nd, we saw a charge of $20 from Elavon for June (no transactions at all). So, we called them and found out that it was the "minimum charge". We went to Disney Work in Orlando and stayed at the Omni Hotel Championship Gate Resort. We checked in Wednesday, then out Sunday 08/08/2010... Within those days, our room was only cleaned and beds made ONE day only.. Thursday ONLY... Help, This family started a non profit business to get pizza to our troops. It started out as a little fundraiser out of the kindness of their hearts. Submitted 80GB hard drive that was spinning and was able to see folder structure in command console but not able to in Windows. We were told that our drive would be put on the bench and tested to see if the data was recoverable. We paid extra to have our drive 'fast-tracked' and within 3 days were told that our data was indeed recoverable and that it would take about 3 weeks to complete. I will never buy another Kia. I have a 2009 Kia sorento and it needs a new transmission with less than 12, 000 miles. Kia doesn't not want to cover any rental costs or supply me with a loaner car. Be very careful if you deal with this company. So far with in a year the compnay has chaged the name and all phone numbers. Wolfgang Puck Stand Mixxer does not provide replacements parts for this expensive mixer model CMSD0020. I have e-mailed them twice and tried countless ways to get two parts for my machine. I had a problem with my Central Vac. I tried to fix it myself, but I called Advanced Built-ins system like I have in the past (paid $45 for them to drive out 4 miles). I spoke to Lorena, and said your problem sounds like a clog. Our Tech can do a reverse flow operation to unclog for $175, or you can purchase a new motor for $400. This company came into town, their representatives stated they would cover all my mother's medications. So, I switched her provider. Now, medication after medication is being dropped as no coverage or requires a PA that never seems to arrive at their location.
