Last year on August 12, 2009, I spent 252.36 at Shaw Auto Car in Cuyhoga Falls to get the check engine light fixed on my car. This was suppose to be a 1 year/12, 000 miles warranty. On June 27, 2010 the check light reappeared before the 1 year/12, 000 warrant miles had expired. I had less than 3, 000 miles from getting the car fix from last year (drive different cars.) A Company I work for called DDM...It is located in Hebron, ohio. First off not a good place to work for. They could give a *** less about anyones health or well being. They make you work 17-18 days in a row without a day off, the bosses will yell at you in front of everyone instead of pulling you off to the side to talk to you. Have you ever heard of a "trial period" beginning from the day the product is ordered? That is what this company does. I placed an order on 7/17, they mailed it on/19, I received it on the 23rd. On the 24-25th they charged my debit card $78.41, since they ONLY give 8 days from order date. I do not remember that disclaimer anywhere. Now they agreeded to refund me $60.00, but if the bottle is opened there is a $19.60 fee charged. When would a bottle not be opened if you ordered to try it? Just to let everyone know about Ralphs super service center 2805 n hwy 89, Chino Valley, Ariz. They are really a super rip off center!!! The quotes they give are much less than the bill will be! I was quoted $171 for transmission service billed $347, had also asked for cooling system flush of which they charged for 2gal anti freeze when car only takes 3quarts [the other gallon probably went into their shop supplies which are always on our bills]!!! I call the number and had Ez-save stoped. 4mos later the same amount was still coming out of the acct but the name was Americian Leisure so I called them to stop accessing my acct. Although it states online that pet carriers are not returnable I did not expect the product to be defective. Because of a design flaw, my cats were in danger of being injured when this carrier was used AS DESCRIBED. "... able to stand up and move around the carrier with ease." This is the second time the drive device for the self propel unit has gone out. Last year it was covered under warranty because it wasn't a year old yet. The next year the same thing happenes, why is it that it goes out every year when you use it so little? I have a different brand at my work place and that one has never gone out. I think you product is a piece of junk and they want $200. to fix something that goes out every year. I feel that you should replace this part for no cost as there has to be a defect with unit. I have placed an order for a bookshelf on 15-Oct-08 of total cost Rs.4000.Advance of Rs.3000 was asked for but luckily I had given Rs.1500. The person in charge Shahid assured of delivery in 10 days. I have an Oster Wine Fridge model #0W0912H6H that died after only a couple of months. After we contacted Oster, they assured me they would remedy the situation. Now they are saying that unit was made by a "licensee that has since gone bankrupt and even though the fridge says Oster on it, Oster is not responsible for refunding or remedying this faulty product."
