CastleRock Security Inc. automatically locked me into a new contract after my 3 year contract with them was complete. They didn't notify me that they would be renewing it. I didn't find out that this happened until I called to cancel the service. I signed up for 3 year agreement with APX Alarm Security Solutions. I am not surprised to find the most patients providing feedback on line have given Dr. Tirado' office 1 or 2 stars. Aboslutely horrible experience and extremely poor quality refurbishing our aircraft. Parts were reinstalled incorrect. Plastics as it turns out, were refurbished with household paint and is peeling off after only a few months. Windlacing is defective and coming apart. Carpets do not have binding and are fraying. Many parts were damaged. Other parts are missing, were promised to be returned and have not. I bought an AC UNIT from these guys. Their sales people were great. The AC broke with in the first two weeks. I called them, they used some shady guy to come over and check my AC. He left after a couple of minutes. I called them back (they never called me back) Patty said that the repair guy was waiting for the AC company to call him back. They never called me back. They claimed to be working to recover monies paid out to Florida timeshare scam artists and, for 25% of what they would recover, they would work to recover the funds I'd paid out. I told the gentleman who called me that I had no money to pay him. He responded with "We're not a non-profit organization". I was recently unable to work due to health issues, signed up and paid for the basic membership plus VIP membership with paidsurveysandmore. The website tells you not to take surveys than pay less than $5. What they don't tell you is that those surveys require you to pay for their products/services before the survey is considered "completed". Consequently, you end up paying out more than you make.
