I went in to fix a squeaking noise coming from my right rear tire and the sales consultant there, Brad Glincher, recommended that I also get the 60K maintenance service. The dealer told my brother our 2010 Via was fixed after over 30 days at their Hillsboro shop. It was purchased in March and had some problems. This company calls me every week and I have told them over and over again that I am not interested in their magazines. Purchasing a car from Hurley Auto Sales has been the biggest mistake of my life, no exaggeration. My fiance and I purchased a used car from Hurley Auto Sales at the end of June 2010. Good customer service during pickup and delivery but ABSOLUTELY NO flexibility with the rate. It felt as though the money would be coming directly out of Bob's payroll check if he did. I told him I was going to another supplier who deliver a 24' Flatbed truck for $1500 mo and unlimited mileage compared to his $2200 mo and .22 mile. I have only recently had this phone number and have countless collection calls for the previous owner of this phone number. Most are at least courteous and minimally AGREE to remove my number. After the roofer was paid and left with promises to fix any problems, he would say that he would come back but he never showed up. The were 3 things the roofer did. 1. He contracted to install gutter guards and never completed the job. 2. He put different shades of shingles on the roof and hid that fact from us. 3.
