I had this phone service from last three years. suddenly incoming calls stopped work before two months. I try to follow up with customer care executive and I got same person voice in billing, technical and sales department. They never fix my issue and just told engineers are working on it. I had purchased a IFB microwave oven 20 ltr from one of the distributor named: Malaika Appliances in Vasai (West). Next day a person from IFB came in for a Demo, the machine worked fine then. Later on the same day evening I tried it on it worked for some time and later stopped working and the display panel was very very dim and did not work further. I informed about the same to the distributor as well as the IFB person that came for the Demo. He came over checked the machine and informed that the panel needs to be changed and will change it.
