Purchased 2 bats, took over a month to receive them. After the first bp session one developed a large visible flat spot (Birch). The other (rock Maple) also developed large indentions from normal baseballs doing soft toss and the bat had NO pop what-so ever. Northern Virginia Rotorooter really knows how to "bend over their customers, " instead of taking care of them. They think its perfectly reasonable, to charge you $410 for twenty minutes of labor, with no parts. That's right, snaking a pipe that has a small blockage in it. Burn me once, shame on them. If you are even considering doing business with such fraudulant people, be very, very, VERY, careful. Go Daddy lost three of my websites. When I requested that they recover from backup, I discovered that one of their computers had lost a hard drive, and the content with it. I received no notification of the loss, and apparently the "nightly" backup that they do, does not exist. I hired Konstantin A. Feder of Cooling Experts to install a complete furnace and air system at a residence I own. The existing system was fully functional and never leaked a drop of water, but was very old and inefficient. Once the newly installed air conditioning was used, it failed within a few days. The cause was that they had cut the condensate drain line when installing the unit which in turn spewed water all over the unit and surrounding room. This is to warn anyone who does business with PartForComputer.com aka Image Microsystems. For the past 9 months I was wondering all of the sudden why my credit card numbers where being used for purchases I had no idea of. My credit report and identity were almost stolen because of this company. They were a vendor of our company supplying us with computer equipment. Purchased car on 7/21. Car had a mechanical defect that the dealer acknowledged and promised to fix as a condition of purchase. The problem reappeared 1 day after purchase. Order 59113 was placed on 20th May with DCCA after getting confirmation about products(2 set of Speakers) in stock. NO shipment nor update from them, hence asked to cancel. They didnt even bother. I have had multiple telephone conversation and email correspondences with Steve Villani at eyeglasslensdirect.com. He stated the company will only issue a 50% credit of $42 to remake the unsatifactory lenses I have received from eyeglasslensdirect.com. I signed a contract with Berg Roofing to do a complete re-roof of our house in September 2009 and the work was finished in October 2009 and paid in full. The sales guy named Marty (without a last name on his business card) assured me that we were protected by the contract and they would come back to fix problems afterward, if any. I started working with Florida Department of Revenue over a year ago to try and get my daughters deadbeat father to pay child support. I even did all the work for them, I gave him his address and gave him the name of his employer. He works 5-7 days a week, there is NO excuse for him to not be served with his court papers over a year later. Autodesk abuses customers? I have supported Autodesk since 1987, installing it in several employers’ offices, and even purchasing it myself. When Designer came out I bought it ahead of its release. I then upgraded to Mechanical Desktop when it was released. I continued on the subscription until 2008, when they both ruined Mechanical Desktop, and then dropped the product. I am hitting a wall trying to get IBSN Tax to represent me for my 2007 Tax Assessment Notice. I got query from state and I am unable to get in touch with anobody at IBSN with emails or calls. The US phone lines have got a standard message "Route is busy, please try again later" and the same is the case with the India phone lines. I don't even know what they did to the emails I sent them. Its been 5 days of trying to contact them and nothing at all. I am hearing a lot over the forums that this is not a good company to deal with as sensitive information as Tax.
