I purchased a second hand Scorpio 2003 model and right now it has completed around 60, 000 kms. I have spent a fortune maintaininmg the Scorpio. This year alone I have spent close to Rs 1 lac on maintenace. I find the dealer and the company completely indifferent to the high cost of maintenance. I also get the feeling that since this is the older model the company has lost all interest in this model. Is the life of the Scorpio only 4-5 years? I would not recommend the Scorpio to anyone and I have been activly disuuading many people from going in for the Scorpio. read full review »

We signed a contract with a Custom Patio Rooms representative Dec. 19, 2006. We have paid $150.00 with one check and then $3089.00 with two other checks. All three checks have been cashed. In May 2007 someone called to say they would be to our house the next week. That is the last time we have heard from anyone from Custom Patio Rooms. We have since found out that all three locations in Western New York have closed. I think we have been treated very poorly by Custom Patio Rooms and no longer want to do business with them. I recently enrolled in Radiant Restaurant Guard ( a worthy program) in exchange for switching my processing to RBS via Radiant. In the process of switching they entered a wrong digit for my American Express merchant number. All my AMEX deposits went out into the ethernet and NOT into my bank account. Garmin CityXplorer maps for Europe are horribly inaccurate when they work at all, and Garmin does not stand behind them at all. This is a SCAM! Adware Pro anti-virus software is dangerous software. Search the net fo r info on their fraud. I was ripped off for $49.85. They sent a supposed refund email but I will soon see if the visa was refunded or not. The thing to do is report plimus and whoever they are representing to the internet crime commission. Company comes out to remove wet carpet from a recent flood. They were rude and abrasive in conversation. Then after removing the carpet they just leave it in the backyard not telling us at anytime that the quote didnt include removal from the property. They also left the back door to my home open and left without letting us know that they were done or leaving, nothing. Oh and they also left three RAZOR knifes sitting on a chair in the basement after they had left with no safety concerns of my 4 year old or 18 month old sons.
