The company took money out of my account on the September 10, 2010, I was under the impression that I would be able to read the terms and conditions prior to accepting them. Called on September 13, 2010 the service department told they were not going to refund me my money in the amount of $89.oo. They said they were sending the terms after the money was received, money was received and I still haven't received and information. I was also told to call in and give them my debt card information; I never did so instead they took the money out as a check. I made the mistake of ordering this product in August of 2009. Their product is no different than any free software that you can download, and their customer service has to be the worst that I have ever encountered ! On August 17, 2010 they charged my credit card another $79.94 for yet another year of service. Gave me a price for worst case senierio of $1000, then after the shop recieved my vehicle, they asked for a $891 deposite before work got started. After I payed deposite, they told me $1200 more deposite to fix vehicle, plus I will have to pay the shop $875 for fixing it. I previously used a company called Executive Paving at my home and was satisfied with their service. I then needed more paving done in May this year and phone the salesman I previously dealt with. Checked in on Saturday 9/11/2010 at 1130 AM, by midnight my son was asleep and when I looked at him a saw a gug on him. Immediately I grabbed it and when I did I saw several more on the sheets.
