I took my 99 Mazda 626 in for transmission repairs on 9/25/09 at which time the shop performed a total rebuild for $2000. For the past 6 months I have been getting calls from these people via "unknown numbers". The caller asks if I am getting my magazines, and I tell them I recieve none, and ordered none. They have been charging my Chase card $59.95/mo for magazines I never ordered. Every time that I go there when I sign in at the sign in sheet, I get harassed by one of the volunteers. She's an older woman and she sits behind the counter and makes sure that we all sign in. Paid by credit card in the shop. they charged me twice. I had to phone 4 times before the owner said he'll find out and phone me back. Car dealers often get a bum rap as being a bit sleezy, but in this case it was true. First, I was sold a used car under false pretenses. ABS was an important option for me, and the dealership assured me the car had this feature. It did not, which I realized a few days after the purchase. I asked the dealership to unwind the deal and give me back by trade in. They would not. My only recourse was to trade this car in for another, which of course ended up costing me a lot more money. I order some new parts for my backyard grill since I can't find the parts in the stores. First I get told we have a shipment coming in but we don't know when but it could be as early as a month. I ordered the part then I got online and found the parts so the next day I call to cancel the order and they tell me no. I ordered a building from Super Steel Buildings in March 2010, and was charged for changes and Engineering in the amount of $7, 401.49. When I had not heard from them by mid June I attempted to contact them only to find their telephones shut down. Since therer is no way to contact them It looks like fraud to me. I received my ad on Tuesday and they had great meat deals buy 1 get one so I decided to go to south Venice to buy my groceries which is 15 miles out of my way. Pritchett's Flooring America/Cenlar was issued a State Farm check on June 4, 2010 for installation and repairs for damages to a homeowner. On 6/6/10 this check was mailed (overnight with a return overnight postage paid) to Cenlar for their endorcement and asked to mail back to Pritchett's. My alarm system starting having false alarms on a regular basis. It would randomly go off in the middle of the night. I contacted Apex for service. A technical support person walked me through several tests on the keypad. He said everything was testing okay. That very night I set the alarm again and it went off, not registering a zone or anything. I contacted Apex again and they sent a technical support person to my home to check it all out.
