So i wrote a check fro $20.00 to safeway that bounces on accident and i had a hard time paying them back in time. I had bought the APC home inverter BI800I with 2 years warranty on inverter and battery. However for last 2 months the battery was giving negligible backup and now the inverter had been shut down for last 15 days. the inverter fan is also making a lot of noise when running. I brought this to the notice of service engineer but he dusted the fan and the problem was not rectified. I made numerous calls to their call center and each time I was promised that the problem would be solved within 48 hours but now it is going to be more than 15 days and the problem is still unresolved. Bought the reilace data card on 6th May. I was assured by the customer care that within 48 hours of address verification, the data card will be activated and I will be informed. I keep receiving calls from this agency stating that I have an outstanding balance and if I do not pay up, legal action will be taken and I will be arrested. Received a bill from HRRG collections in the amount of $1434 for a ER physician for my son. I had taken my son to the hospital on 2/10/10. Curious why the amount is so high as I have insurance, United Healthcare. We unfortunately purchased and installed Vetter windows when building our home. The product was faulty resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage to the structure of our home. These Vetter windows are now owned by Windowshield of whom has the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. On the out of africa website it tells you that the admissions and ticketing area closes at 4pm. What it doesnt tell you is how rude and dismissive the staff AND management is at the admissions booth. After driving over 2 a half hours (one hour stuck in traffic) we arrived at 3:11 pm. At that time we were dismissively told that we missed half of the carnivore feeding tour (that STARTS at 3pm) and if we wanted we could walk up the back way and catch up with them. I have a Kenmore Elite 3 door with the freezer on the bottom... model number 795.77542600. Another problem I had with this fridge is the vegetable drawers, as the small ball bearing wheels broke off just after the warranty expired. They still slide in and out, but they are resting on the plastic guides now so it is not so smooth and will probably wear out prematurely. I received a confirmation of payment after paying my bill on time. today (a week later) they contact me telling me that i entered an invalid account number and have now charged me a late fee, a payment dishonored fee, and an additional fee for paying again over the phone. I have a copy of the confirmation of payment showing that the last four digits i entered were correct but they're unable to tell me what the first three digits i entered were in order to verify that their claim is true. i find it hard to believe that i entered my account number incorrectly as it is only 7 digits long and i've had the same account number for 20 years. read full review »

I have been charged a fee on $49.99 per month for a service that was never authorized by me. This charge has been billed through my AT&T bill from a third party biller called Payment One Corp. I would like to start this complaint wby saying that i love food. Most people are in the same boat here. I hate to see the quality of a product after it was cooked 1 -2 hours ago. Every time i visit one of these restaurants i have the same experience, no matter the location. I am trying to change that! the burgers are all cooked at the same time and either put in a microwave or heat lamp until the order comes in. I had an accident on July 3rd and I didn't get a response from the company in three weeks. I had to hunt my agent down in order to speak to her.
