I pay most time on line or at store if possible. But the store is 35 miles from me. Several times I have tried to do automated phone payment and it tells me it cannot help me after I give my routing number three times two different ways. I bought a lot of tile and other materials to have tile installed in a shower. I paid a lot of money to have the tile installed. The tile in the boxes ended up being about 4 different colors. The shower looks awful. Some of the tiles are a real dark brown, some are a real light beige, some even look greyish. Even the decorative tile was either a dark brown color or a light beige. They admit that all the boxes we purchased were labeled the same color. They refuse to reimburse me. I am out $3, 000.00 and have a shower that looks terrible. I went to Builders Warehouse Northgate to get some Plascon paint samples, only to be told that they do not have paint samples and that I needed to buy the 1l paint to test. The 1l is R99.99 and that would mean that I would need to pay in excess of R1000.00 to test the paint colour. We have an account with Afrox; this account is in a total shambles due to the incompetence of their staff. We have been unable to resolve various account issues and are pushed from one person to the next. This problem has been going on for more than a year. We received a credit for R7 000 for incorrect billing. After presuming that this had finally been resolved we are starting to receive accounts for same thing that was supposed to have been resolved.
