I ordered a "free" bottle of Vinotrol which I never received. Then I was signed up for three different so-called "savings" programs and they were taking money out of my checking account every month. The account is a second account and I did not notice the charges. I called and they reimbursed a couple and then sent a form I had to fill out, which I did. Purchased 2004 Crown Forklift with shipping. Scott Beadles confirmed in writing year, low hours, new battery, sideshift. I paid in full for forklift as well as shipping. I required pro # to track shipping on the unit. It arrived two weeks lated however the freight company would not release it to me saying it was freight collect and $2, 400 was owed.
