The problem was diagnosed to a faulty blower motor relay. The relay price was quoted at $379 and would not be replaced without a $249 cleaning. I called Ronco company customer service line today regarding miracle blade III knife handle had broke loose in addition to the on the scissors in the set. When the ipad came out, I heard about this company on tech news sites, and immediately signed up for a $39.95 3 month recurring membership, figuring it's the only productive use for the ipad. Play Magic the Gathering online. The policy's are ridiculous. THey actually discourage people who don't speak english from playing. They regularly say they dont want anyone who dont speak english online. DOesnt that sound racist? Their online staff named, ORC's mute you from talking and say its a policy violation when it is not. I purchased a new 3 stream Brita faucet mount filter less than 3 months ago. I previously used Pur water filters, but decided to give Brita a try. I wish we'd stayed with Pur. The electronic indicator light failed. I changed the filter, thinking that was the problem. Still no indicator light. After emailing Brita, I received a response telling me to do what I'd already done (change the filter). The email went on to tell me if that didn't work, I needed to buy a new unit!! In our opinion, as past tenants, we would not trust them again. For us, they seemed to be very nice in the beginning but after a few weeks we wish we had rented somewhere else. On the above date, my husband and I went to the NC Aquarium at Roanoke Island, NC. We were approached by a man who took our photographs. This company was informed of a huge wasp nest located at least 30 feet up in a roof eave. They came out, sprayed the nest and left a note that they didn't have a ladder tall enough to knock down the nest but they did kill the wasps. When I called them to remove the entire nest as agreed upon in the original call, they said it would be an additional cost because of the height and location of nest. I ended up scraping the nest off myself. This is a classic example of bait and switch. They charged me full price, and left me to get rid of the nest. I took my 1999 Ford explorer to Smith Cairns Ford Dealership in Mt. Kisco NY for an Oil change and to have lighter placed behind the center console panel of the dash where it should have been all along in addition to having the radio antenna replaced. This company grossly overcharged for an airconditioner repair. The part cost $155.00 and the repair took less than one half hour. I know that one hour is the minimum charge, but really? Just got notified that the trip on July 4 has been cancelled. Booked airline tickets from Orlando, made hotel reservations, rented a car in Knoxville. Was assured by them earlier that train would run rain or shine but all sales are final. Seems they did not get enough reservations to be profitable so they decided all sales are no longer final.
