Paid their requested fee minus the time share they said they would buy from me. Took two years to get them to buy time share. I had to make many, many phone calls and letter writing to get them to respond as two why. I am a furniture supplier to Cymax Stores.com. This company is totally committed to customer service and do everything in their power to look after all customer issues. It's totally unfair to blame them for late shipments and faulty products. I recently ordered UFC 116 from midcontinent communications with my remote. I went to menu the ppv box and was given 2 options for this event. One option was for Spanish one for english. I chose the english. I own a HDTV and to my surprise the event was not in HD. I then proceeded to the guide and it had the event on HDPPV. Gayle Justice is a dog thief. She stole my dog! She was to take the dog for 6-8 weeks and train for $1500 (boarding included). I purchased Cyber Defender last night after seeing several ads on TV about MyCleanPC.com. I went there and was rerouted to Cyber Defenders sit. I down loaded is and ran it. Found 233 errors. To fix the errors I had to but the license code. I did this. Figured I would give it a try. After having to talk to a tech to get the software to run, it reported fixing the errors. After reading numerous complaints on this website...I see that GEMB/LOWE'S Home Improvement has screwed alot of people. There has got to be something that can be done about companies who have bad business practices that harm the consumer. Aren't there consumer protection agencies? For one year I have had a Lowe's Credit card, paid my payments on-time. I was granted credit by Lowe's GEMB after I purchased my home a year ago. Now, I find out that Lowe's used GEMB to review my credit and because of medical bills/delinquient payments, GEMB, and Lowe's revoked my credit and cards. The admissions rep fraudulently represented the "after graduation" employment numbers, the accreditation of the school, and the school loan process. You do not learn the facts until after your money has been paid. The admission reps receive a bonus when their students graduate. This dr is one of the only ones who does not carry malpractice insurance in Orlando and there is a reason for this. He also has you sign a letter having you sign away your rights prior to surgery. I purchased decking material from Cali Bamboo that does not preform as they advertised. It was install with there fastening system, properly space, and to their specification. Yet, the material is cupping, splintering, and drying out. I was told that the maintenance schedule would be every 7 years, and only for UV protection to maintain color.
