I have been waiting since April 2010 to get paid miserable 3700.00 dollars for a reverse Mortgage deal I closed. While being employed as maintenance personnel I was treated very rudely by maintenance management. 6 people walked off the job in 3 months of my employment and a total of 50+ maintenance people have walked off the job or were fired because of maintenance management personnel that lack any kind of people skills. Worst Cruise ever. Within 24 hours of visiting our first port (Haiti) I got sick and could not eat or drink for days. After 14 days of being sick and a ruined vacation I found out from my doctor I had contacted a parasite from abroad called Cyclospora (usually from ingesting food or drink that has been contaminated with infected stool). We had our mortgage with Central Mortgage for sometime and they sold it to EverHome mortgage. After 6 months being with them, I got a call from them offering me refinancing that would reduce my interest rate by 0.675 and save me 150 dollars every month. I applied for a payday loan online. I didn't authorize anyone to debit my checking account for anything. I called the 1-866-302-2828 and the rep said that it was through a payday loan co. I was debited $34.19 plus a $25.00 overdraft fee for an unauthorized debit. How do I get my money back and get this stopped. This is a fraud/scam. I was blown away by this because I knew I had never authorized the debit. I see a lot of other complaints about being fraudulantly charged by this company. We purchased the 18" by 48" pool from Samsclub ($449.00) last year and the pool started out with no problems. Then the pump started overheating and we could only run it for 8 hours per day. They have a strict no returns policy, which benefits them especially when the staff is incompetent. I purchased a pedal for my sewing machine with the help of a salesperson. I tried for weeks to get the pedal to work, without success. When I tried to return the pedal because it didn't ever work, I was told by the salesperson that he couldn't give me anything for it because of their policy. I rarely eat fast food, yet alone fried food. So I usually order grilled chicken sandwhiches. I decided to try McD's and I happen to watch them make it. I bought a new kitchen from Laurysen Kitchens that came in with a significant amount of damage to doors and edge banding. The finish had dust under the paint and paint inconsistent on many of the doors. The doors were returned 3 times and still had not changed from when they were originally sent out but came back dented and damaged.
