The contract attached to the Summons and Complaint lawsuit filed by LCA against me was NOT signed by LCA. However the answer to my complaint to the FDIC made by LCA was a contract that was signed by LCA. LCA is a corrupt company. I was in a tight spot this past March, so I contacted Little Loan Shop for a $500 loan. I have been paying $175 biweekly for the past 3 months. I have to date paid $1050 for the loan. I recently went to their web site and they are being managed by an LLS America.This new company states that I owe another $675. They refuse to call me or email me back. I spent, in all almost 2000 dollars on a Serta Mattress and accessories. From the first night I selpt on it I realized something was seriously wrong with the mattress. At one point in time, I felt like a valued customer at this particular salon, but not recently. I became a faithful customer with a particual stylist at the Supercuts on Volvo Parkway, who was always nice to me. She made me feel as if my time and needs mattered. The refrigerator we purchased was delivered with more damage than was present when we purchased it. Upon delivery, the invoice had been falsified to make it look like we signed for it in that condition. The delivery person had us talk to his manager (on the phone) who assured us that the damaged handle would be replaced within a few days and that the store would make amends for the extra damage. WE book at package with Air Gorilla last year for a trip to Rome, Italy for November 2009. It said in all the paperwork that the air tickets were refundable and we are still waiting for the refund. We complained with the BBB and got nowhere, the air gorilla guy said that we should go and try to get the refund from USAirways and USAirways said they have nothing to do with it, the travel agency should take care of it. I ordered my wedding dress and one of my bridesmaid dresses, the other order a few days later.They did not process her order due to their error, so they told her to order it again, so she did. The second time they did not process the order again. They admitted it was their fault again. Yet they refuse to pay for expedited shipping so she will get the dress in time for the wedding.
